Avelo Airlines is gearing up for winter escapes with a new promo code that lets travelers instantly save $35 on their next booking.
The airline’s “Trip-or-Treat” sale, which ends tomorrow, Oct. 29, at 11:59 p.m. PT, is valid only for round-trip flights using promo code “TREAT35.” This discount applies across Avelo’s entire network for trips between Nov. 6 and Feb. 10, 2025, excluding blackout periods from Nov. 23 to Dec. 2 and Dec. 21 to Jan. 5, 2025.
The $35 discount is applied to the ticket's base fare, excluding fees and surcharges, and can be used once per person network-wide, making it an excellent offer for families and group travelers.
Travel + Leisure tested the promo code across various Avelo routes, including popular winter flights added specifically for the season. Travelers can book trips for the winter season at prices starting at $30 round-trip:
- Sonoma County (STS) to/from Salt Lake City (SLC): $30 ($65 without the promo code)
- Hartford (BDL) to/from Daytona Beach (DAB): $94 ($129 without the promo code)
- Wilmington, Delaware (ILG) to/from Sarasota (SRQ): $66 ($101 without the promo code)
- Burbank (BUR) to/from Kalispell, Montana (MSY): $128 ($163 without the promo code)
As a low-cost carrier, Avelo charges extra for carry-on bags and seat selection, which can sometimes exceed the ticket price. However, the airline offers a flexible change and cancellation policy, allowing modifications up to 15 minutes before departure.
This sale comes as Avelo just launched four new routes this week from its Lakeland International Airport base, which is located between Orlando and Tampa. These new services will operate on a twice-weekly basis between Lakeland and Rochester, N.Y.; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Concord, N.C.; and Manchester, N.H.
