This Airline Launched 3 New Routes to a Stunning Caribbean Island — and It’s Offering a Discount to Celebrate

Visiting the island of Bermuda just got easier. 

The flagship airline of the island, BermudAir, recently announced a route expansion, with new service from Richmond, VA (RIC), Providence, RI (PVD), and Montreal, Quebec (YUL) to Bermuda’s L.F. Wade International Airport (BDA). 

The airline will stagger the start dates for each of the new routes, with Providence starting on May 22, the Richmond flight on June 7, and the Montreal flight on June 12. 

“By adding direct service to these key cities, we’re not only making travel more accessible and convenient, but we’re also positioning BermudAir to serve our customers with even greater convenience, reliability and flexibility,” BermudAir Founder and CEO Adam Scott said in the announcement. 

For travelers looking to save, the airline is currently running a spring sale, which provides a 15 percent discount on all flights before June 30, 2025. To utilize the sale, travelers can enter the promotion code FEB15 while booking. The promotion code expires on February 13, 2025 at 11:59 pm AST. 

The airline operates a fleet of Embraer E175 and E190 aircraft for their service to the island. The aircraft feature several classes of service, including business and economy options. It also offers service from Boston, Charleston, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Toronto, and other markets to Bermuda. 

Bermuda was previously ranked as one of the top islands in the region by Travel + Leisure readers in the World’s Best Awards. The family-friendly vacation destination is popular with spring break and summer travelers, as well as cruise ship passengers. The island is also home to popular resorts such as Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa, Rosewood Bermuda, and the St. Regis Bermuda Resort. 

Within Bermuda, travelers have activity opportunities of exploring the majestic Crystal Caves, fishing, hiking, and exploring the shopping district of Hamilton’s Front Street.
